We've had so much rain lately its almost impossible to do anything outside lately. Took the week off of work to do some work around the house and I keep getting chased inside by the heavy rains. Finally managed to put up an outside canopy as part of my wife's early birthday present. Of course there were parts missing from the box and some parts were drilled incorrectly by the factory. The customer service phone number only has an answering machine for you to leave a message and the website isn't much better. It had absolutely nothing on it about the canopy I bought at Home Depot and the instruction booklet makes it very clear that your not to return it to the retail store. The product was made in China so I don't expect to get any satisfaction on the poor quality of the materials. Nor do I expect to get answer to my email that I sent through there customer service page. Just a word of caution the product manufacturer is Yotrio International LLC. I'll gladly report back here if I get any satisfaction.
