Happy New Year!

I took this photograph in December but I never posted it so here's one to start the year off right. My 2010 Western Pennsylvania Calendar is now available as either a desk calendar or a wall calendar. Please let me know if your interested and I can give you a price with shipping to mail one or more out.

Whitetail Deer

This beautiful whitetail buck in velvet was standing watching me when I came around a corner last night. I photographed him with the Canon 70-200 f2.8 IS, this lens is amazing in low light conditions. It was a pretty good night all in all. Saw 4 turkeys in a field, the buck and then a little later a doe by herself. My son Mark even called me because a beautiful gobbler had just jumped out in front of him while he was driving in Hermitage.
